Each unit is allocated one (1) parking space, which is marked with their unit number on the pavement.  Units with garages are allocated the space in front of their garage also.  No one other than the unit owner/renter should park in front of that garage.  Unit owners with garages should utilize their respective garage and numbered space before taking up a visitor ‘V’ space.

Visitor parking is located in the lot behind units 40 through 45.  Parking is not allowed in areas designated as fire lanes; vehicles parked there are subject to immediate towing.  Any necessary towing will be done at the vehicle owner's expense. 

The parking or storing of boats and trailers is prohibited with the exception of the following: boats and trailers may be kept in the boat owner's numbered space for one week prior and one week after dock insertion and removal.   Recreational vehicles, unregistered, or inoperable vehicles are prohibited and subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
