Required Exterior Painting

Please be advised the Association's Board has extended the deadline to paint individual exterior doors, overhead garage doors and sliders. The previous deadline of September 1st has been extended to October 1st of this year. You will recall our earlier correspondence which advised of the individual unit owner's obligation to complete this task. The paint to be used is a Benjamin Moore product and is available anywhere this brand is sold including Ace Hardware in East Hampton, located at 25 East High Street. The color is Tudor Brown. You should ask for soft gloss Moore Glo exterior latex house paint.
