Notice of Annual Meeting/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that an Annual Meeting of Edgemere II Condominium Association, Inc. shall be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the East Hampton Public Library, 105 Main Street, East Hampton, CT. This notice is dated the 30th of October, 2002.

This meeting will be held in accordance with the Declarations and By-Laws of the Association. The order of business at the Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners shall be as follows:

  1. Calling of the roll and certifying the Proxies. 
  2. Proof of Notice and meeting or Waiver of Notice. 
  3. Reading of minutes of preceding meeting. 
  4. Reports of Officers. 
  5. Nominations for Director positions (2). 
  6. Election of Inspectors of Election. 
  7. Election of Directors (2). 
  8. Ratification of Budget. 
  9. New Business. 
  10. Adjournment.

Voting: Owners who would like to run for the Board of Directors are requested to call or send a brief letter explaining their background to Richard Stern at Myers Northeast, or speak to a Board member prior to the Annual Meeting.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING, PLEASE BE SURE TO MAIL IN YOUR PROXY PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 20, 2002, OR HAVE YOUR CHOSEN REPRESENTATIVE HAND CARRY IT TO THE MEETING.
