MAINTENANCE INFORMATIONThe following is a list of contractors that Edgemere II and individual unit owners have worked with. Edgemere II Condominium Association and White & Katzman are is not liable for these contractors; we are just providing their names and numbers for your informational purposes.

Any resident wanting to replace a deck floor with the new Trex material must get approval from the Board or White and Katzman. Only one Trex color is permitted by the Edgemere II Board of Directors. That color is Trex "Saddle". Railings and spindles must stay as they are (wood and stained the color of the siding). New windows can be found at Traditional Innovations, LLC, on Route 66 in East Hampton. They are very familiar with Edgemere II windows and sliders and are found to be quality windows at a great price. They will come out, measure, quote and install. They have windows and sliders with brown on the outside (only color permitted) and choice of white vinyl or wood trim on the inside. Air Conditioner Covers and Grills (See Edgemere II Rules and Regulations 1.6a) Air Conditioners to fit in the wall sleeves an be purchased at Sears. Storm/Screen doors - the original manufacturer and supplier of Storm and Screen doors, All Time Manufacturers in Norwich, CT, has gone out of business. Please contact a Board Member for further information. Window/Door Screens can be replaced at Middletown Plate Glass on High Street in East Hampton. Broken or torn screens must be replaced and paid for by the unit owner. |
