PETS

All cats and dogs kept as household pets must be registered with the association.  A registration form is available by calling White & Katzman Management, 1-800-378-3320.  The registration form must be completed and returned to White & Katzman Management, along with a current rabies vaccination certificate.  It is also the pet owner's responsibility to provide vaccination updates as necessary.   Unit owners who are found to have unregistered pets residing at their unit shall be subject to a fine upon notice and hearing.

Each individual unit may not have more than two (2) cats and one (1) dog, or two (2) dogs and one (1) cat. No animal may be housed or fed outside of an individual unit. Furthermore, no pet may be tied to any part of the exterior of a Unit or Common Area. When being walked outdoors, all pets must be restrained by a leash or similar means of control. Any household pet causing a disturbance on a repeated basis shall be subject to permanent removal from the condominium property upon notice and hearing. Each pet owner is responsible for cleaning up immediately after their household pet defecates by use of a pooper-scooper or similar device. The Pet Walk for walking your animals is located to the right and behind Building #5 (Units 82 – 87).

LEGAL NOTICE

The following Ordinance was adopted at the regular meeting of the Town Council.

ORDINANCE CONCERNING REMOVAL OF ANIMAL WASTE #8.06

  1. It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping, walking or in control of any dog or other animal, to allow or permit the animal to defecate upon any privately maintained property owned by another person, condominium common elements, or town maintained property, including but not limited to town parks, playgrounds, and school grounds, unless such person shall remove all feces so deposited by such animal and dispose of the feces in a proper manner.
  2. Any violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50).
