ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETINGS

Edgemere II Condominium Association Board Meetings are normally the last Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. – the location varies.  Please call a Board member to find out where it is – all unit owners and tenants are welcome.

DOCK DAYS

Docks are normally placed in the water during the last weekend in April, and removed during the last week in September.  Please contact Paul Pascarelli, Dockmaster, Unit 31, at (860) 965-7113 for more information.

TRASH PICKUP

Dumpsters are emptied every Monday.  Dumpsters are conveniently located adjacent to all buildings.  If an overflow condition temporarily exists at the dumpster near your building, please put your trash in another Edgemere II dumpster.  Please close dumpster doors to prevent animal and rodent problems.  Do not place trash around the perimeter of the dumpster; the trash removers will not get out of their truck and pick it up.   Individual residents are responsible for their own bulky waste removal.  Items such as rugs, furniture, hot water heaters and appliances must be removed directly by the individual resident.  Please don’t park in front of the dumpster or it will stay full (or overflowing) until the following Monday.

RECYCLING BINS

Recycle bins are emptied every other Wednesday - see the ALL WASTE INC. Recycling Schedule 2005 - 2006 for specifics. ALL WASTE has also provided Recycling Instructions. Recycling bins must be kept in your unit except from the night before pickup to night of pickup day.
